Meet Lance
Lance Decker has been a real estate investor since 2014.
Lance specializes in residential, commercial, and investment properties throughout North County, with particular focus in Military and Veterans in coastal Oceanside, where he resides.
Lance joined Robyn’s team in 2020 after serving 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corps. His interest in residential real estate grew after gaining financial success in property management and ownership. Lance previously worked as a Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Agent for the Department of Defense. During his time in the Military, Lance gained a variety of occupational specialties and served in Iraq.
From 2017-2019, Lance owned and operated a surfboard and skateboard company in Oceanside and Vista.
In his free time, Lance enjoys surfing, gardening, plant-based cooking (and eating), and spending time with family.
